Welcome to Playclutch ("Clutch", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our mobile application and platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. About the Service

Clutch is a football fan engagement platform that allows users to submit match score predictions, compete in private groups, and view personal and group analytics. The Service charges a flat seasonal access fee of $15 USD per user per group per season.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using Clutch, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@playclutch.app if you suspect any unauthorised use.

4. Season Pass and Payments

Access to the Service requires a non-refundable seasonal access fee of $15 USD per user per group. This fee grants you access to all platform features for the duration of that season. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider.

• All payments are final and non-refundable once made.
• If payment is not completed before the first matchday of a season, your spot in the group is released.
• The seasonal access fee is a platform fee only. Clutch does not collect, hold, or distribute any prize money or player buy-ins.

5. Nature of the Service — Not Gambling

Clutch is a skill-based fan engagement platform. We do not operate as a gambling or wagering service. We do not collect or hold any prize pools. Any buy-in amounts between group members are arranged directly between those members outside the platform. Clutch provides the prediction and scoring infrastructure only.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Use automated tools to submit predictions or manipulate leaderboards

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by Playclutch and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Match data is sourced from third-party providers and may occasionally contain inaccuracies.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Playclutch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any disputes between group members regarding prize arrangements.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Seasonal access fees are non-refundable upon termination for cause.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
